Emmanuel has been working with Youth for his entire professional life. Internationally recognized for his broad expertise with educational systems, including Governmental levels and field work, Emmanuel is currently sharing knowledge with FICE – the ‘International Federation of Childcare Experts’ to further encourage exploration of new ways to safeguard and alleviate the plight of vulnerable children.
